RNA Isolation Kits

Depending on the sample type and downstream application, Zymo Research provides a variety of ribonucleic acid (RNA) purification kits for the isolation of high-quality, DNA-free RNA. Whether it’s total RNA including small RNAs, separate fractions of RNA (large RNA >200 nt or small RNAs 17-200 nt), or RNA and DNA from the same sample, there is a technology specifically designed for the application. Researchers can isolate RNA from a wide variety of sample types including fresh/frozen cells and tissues, FFPE tissues, whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, yeast, bacteria, plant tissue, and more. The isolation kits can accommodate down to picogram amounts of RNA (single cell) with innovative Zymo-Spin™ column, plate and magnetic bead technologies.
